What we collect

- Contact and consultation forms. Your name, email address, telephone number, and whatever you choose to write in the message field.
- Client intake forms. Health and skin history relevant to treatment, which you provide so a practitioner can decide whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
- Memberships and payment plans. The details needed to create and manage an account. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on this website.
- The chat widget. Anything you type into it.
- Mobile Information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
