What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and consultation forms. Your name, email address, telephone number, and whatever you choose to write in the message field.
- Client intake forms. Health and skin history relevant to treatment, which you provide so a practitioner can decide whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
- Memberships and payment plans. The details needed to create and manage an account. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on this website.
- The chat widget. Anything you type into it.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the time of the request.
- Cookies and similar technology used for analytics and for keeping you signed in to a membership account.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and book, prepare for, and follow up on treatment.
- To decide, with you, whether a treatment is suitable and safe.
- To operate memberships, payment plans, and financing.

Health information
We ask for health information only where it affects whether a treatment is safe or appropriate for you. We treat it as confidential and limit access to the people involved in your care. Membership and billing records are kept as long as the account is active and afterwards for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Clinical records are retained under the requirements that apply to the practitioner who created them.
Your choices
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Children
